What you get

Everything Clubface does for your club.

  • A new look, site-wide

Pick Classic Black, Heritage or Modern, in your club's own colours. Set each block's look once and every page follows.

  • Updated blocks

Sliders become swipe cards, heroes go full height, links become equal buttons. Each block is still the one you know in Club Systems.

  • Made for phones

An app-style bar along the bottom with Book and Menu, and the main blocks reworked for a small screen.

  • Your videos and photos

Upload your drone footage and photos. Photos are resized for the web, videos get a still to show while they load, and it's all served fast, with 300 MB for each club.

  • Weekly visitor report

Visits, tee time clicks, membership views and where people came from, by email each week or month. Counted without cookies, as anonymous totals.

  • Safe to try

Check your site privately with ?test, publish when you're ready, and go back to an earlier version in a click. Take the line out and your site is as it was.

Visitor reports

Know what your website does for the club.

Every Monday, the people who look after your site get a short email: how many people visited, how many clicked to book a tee time or looked at joining, and whether they came from Google, Facebook or typed you in.

Questions

Good to know

How much does it cost?

£49 a year per club, after a free 30-day trial with no card needed. Pay by card when you're ready. It renews each year, and you can cancel any time from Manage subscription in the builder.

What happens if we stop?

Your site goes back to its own Club Systems look. Nothing on your Club Systems site is changed, so there's nothing to undo.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. An account lets you save your work, pick it up on another computer, upload media and invite others.

What if we change a page later?

Edit it in Club Systems as normal and the new look follows. If you add new blocks, paste the page in again to fine-tune them.

How are visitors counted?

Without cookies. Clubface keeps no IP addresses and only ever has daily totals, never individual people. Visitors can choose to be left out with one link, and we give you a line to add to your privacy page explaining it. Some ad blockers stop the count, so treat the numbers as a close guide.

Can others at the club help?

Yes. There's one account per club, and you can invite the rest of the committee or your pro to look after the website with you.

Is Clubface part of Club Systems?

No. Clubface is an independent service that works with websites built on Club Systems.
